My favorite charactor would be Salamanca because she is strong and imaginitive. I think she would be a great friend if she was even a real person. Since she is not and emiley is and I think it is true that emiley and sal are alike from what i can tell so far in this book.Compareing those two would not be hard. They both are strong because emiley dosn't break when someone is mean and they are imaginitive because emiley is good at drawing in imaginitive ways. Sal is strong in the way that she dosn't live with her mom and is imaginitive when she tells stories. -Jess
My favorite character in the book Walk Two Moons is Phoebe's parents beacuse they are really polite to phoebe's friend. What they say is like would you please pass the potatoes, Phoebe? Whouldn't your guest like another helping of food? I am that way to. At home I have a habbit of doing that all of the time. Even when I have guest over at my house or even I am at there house I am polite to them. I think that Emily is a lot like Sal beacuse Sal is ornery and Emily says that she is ornery. -Ashlyn Hollonbeck
my favorite character from Walk Two Moons, would have to be Sal's grandparents. they seem to be very funny, and also like to listen to their grandaughter. it is very important, to me, that people keep an open mind, think lightly about things, and listen to other people. i also agree with Ahlyn that phooebe's parents are really good character. they are always so nice to each other but think ahead of what might happen, and try to be as safe as possibe. also, they were very nice to welcome Sal into their home with open arms. though, i do not like how they think that everyone, besides the people they like and know, is a bad person. ♥Ann Ziemkowski♥
