Walk Two Moons - Chapters 15-20

At the end of chapter 16, Sal's whispers stop telling her to rush and instead warn her to slow down. What might the whispers be warning her about?

Should Sal and her grandparents continue on their journey? If you could send Sal a postcard with a few sentences of advice, what would it be?

  1. I think that the whispers be warning her about is that if you are are going to fast and rushing that you will miss things and end up regretting not stopping and taking a walk or smelling the roses.
I do think that Sal and her grandparents should continue on their journey because they have gotten this far why should they stop now. Gram getting bit in the leg is just a bump in the road and she is recovered now.
If I could send Sal a postcard with advice on it it I would most likely tell her that It's OK to miss her dad. That it is good to keep her mind busy with telling her grandparents about phoebe so that she keeps her mind off of her mother running away and missing her father.

  2. I think that the whispers are telling her to slow down because now they dont have to rush to find sal's mother because they are in South Dakoda and they only have to go to Idaho and it is just one state down form South Dakoda. When they frist started the journey they were all thinking about beinging in Idaho on time. So know they canslow down a lot now.
Yes I think that sal and her grandparents should keep going on the jorney because sal really wants to see if she can find her mother.I think that if sal finds her mother things will be back to normal like it was.If I send a postcard to sal It would say keep up the hard work and keep doing what you are doing.I never read or new a brave person like you sal.I hope you find you mother or hear from her and just keep an eye on your family just incaze soneone trise to come and hurt you or your family.

  4. salamanca's wispers are telling her to slow down and enjoy the seanery to enjoy the time wwith her grandparents insted of rushing them to go see her mom even though her mom is important i think she should slow down because her grandma and grandpa love her and want to spend time with her sal should continue her journey i think and if i were to send a postcard i would say if she go on her journey she will miss out on things i believe life is a adventure and we should take it if i was in her shoes i would want to see all the sights to see and also she needs to participate in life and do many things because we only get one life and thats it

  7. I think the wispers are trying to get her to stop going so fast. Yes I do think that Sal and her grandparents sould continue on their journey. One thing I would tell Sal on a postcard would be to be brave and find your mother and do not be sad if she does not come home.

  8. i think that the whispers are trying to tell her that her that she already lost her mother and now she almost lost her garndma so she should slow down and think everything through. but, i also think that the guy that she met by the river could have something to do with it, though i dont know what. but i also think that they should not finish the jurnaey. the grandmother was already hurt, so why take the chance of something more serious happening. also, if i could give sal a postcard, i would tell her that she needs to not chase after her other but still remember the good times she had with her. i would also say that she needs to at least give margret a chance.
